What are your shipping options?

We offer two options for shipping. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and handling for both options.

SHIP TO ADDRESS
We’ll ship your items to you for a $5 flat rate.

SHIP TO CAMPUS
We’ll ship your items to the Bridge City campus that you attend for free.

Am I able to return or exchange items?

An item can be exchanged for an alternate size up to 30 days after purchase. Please bring the item you would like to exchange to the Connection Point at your campus and we will send the new item back to your campus within 1-2 weeks. In the event that we cannot provide an alternate size, we will refund the money. We do not currently offer returns on items.
